Unions, telcos release joint position on the EECC

Uni Europa Icts and Etno have released today a joint paper on the Electronic Communications Code. Both groups call on legislators to ensure that the code supports current jobs, new job creation as well as growth and investment. The paper also outlines a series of issues. Uni Europa Icts and Etno say they "are concerned that the relationship between this legislation and the creation of more employment and growth are not currently at the heart of the discussions".
