Joint Etno-Gsma response to the BEREC Open Internet Guidelines Consultation

Etno and Gsma welcome the opportunity to comment BEREC's draft Open Internet Guidelines. In our comments, we express concerns that the current draft exceeds the mandate given to NRAs by the Open Internet Regulation (2015) and we argue that the current wording poses a threat to customer choice, 5G and Europe's broadband ambitions.
