#ThinkDigital interview with THOMAS REYNAUD, CEO AT ILIAD GROUP
Thomas lists the key challenges in rolling out FTTH networks. Iliad aims to improve fiber adoption rates by phasing out copper networks, emphasizing economic and environmental issues. Additionally, he stresses the importance of mutualisation to prevent fiber overbuild, favoring open access co-investment.
On the debate on a fair contribution by content providers, Mr. Reynaud advocates for giving back the power to the end user in terms of data flowing to their own devices, arguing for an economic signal to big tech players while defending net neutrality.
